STaC is an acronym for Sectional Tournaments at Clubs. They are not run online but only at participating face-to-face clubs in specific geographic areas. A STaC tournament can be held for a maximum of seven consecutive days. Like other sectionals, the ACBL awards winners and overall places silver points. STaC tournaments are usually held in conjunction with other Districts to increase the number of players competing and therefore the number of points awarded.

District 22 Clubs will be eligible to participate in the following STaC tournaments in 2024 in coordination with the other Districts listed below:

March 18-24            Districts 22, 23

May 6-12                  Districts 21, 22

July 8-14                   Districts 22, 23

August 19-25           Districts 21, 22

November 11-17       Districts 22, 23

November 18-24     Districts 21, 22

Please check your local club to find out if they are offering STaC games during the above dates as it is optional for a club to be a part of the tournament.
